A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. For cancellations of more than 3 days (72 hours+) prior to the arrival date, a service charge of 10% of the stay will be charged. For cancellations of less than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the arrival date, the entire stay will be charged. Applicable taxes, GST (5%), QST (9.5%) and accommodation tax (3.5%), are not included in the rates shown.

We are located in the city center, less than 30 meters from the Bell Center and the Lucien L'Allier metro station, and only a few steps from Crescent Street, known for its terraces and restaurants. Also note the proximity to St. Catherine’s Street for shopping, the trendy and hip Griffintown , and the Museum Quarter.
No. Our Bed and Breakfast consists of 3 heritage houses of 4 floors with stairs only.
- By taxi, the cost is approximately $41.00 CAD; or
- By shuttle bus (number 747), the cost is $10 CAD per person.
We have several outdoor parking spaces in the courtyard at a cost of $16.00 CAD/day. Parking on the street is possible. Indoor parking is also available nearby (corner of Guy Street) at a cost of $28.00 CAD/day.
No. Seeing-eye dogs are the only exception.
Yes. You can leave your luggage at the reception desk of the Bed and Breakfast.
No. The regular rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 people. The comfort and luxury suites are equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed for a maximum occupancy of 3 people, and the family suites are equipped with a large bed, a single bed, and a double sofa-bed for a maximum occupancy of 4-5 people.
No. We offer a smoke-free environment throughout. Balconies and terraces are equipped with wall ashtrays. Please note that a fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged if you smoke cannabis in the room.
Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out is by 12 PM (noon). However, we do offer a luggage storage service for early arrivals and late departures.
No. Our Bed and Breakfast is not suitable for people with reduced mobility because of the stairs. Access to all rooms is via stairs, therefore, kindly enquire about the number of steps to the unit you wish to book.
The station Lucien L'Allier is located 30 meters away, on rue Lucien L'Allier. It is in the official Bell Center station and connects directly with the underground city.
Yes. We have a vegetarian menu, gluten-free bread, and soymilk on the menu.
Yes. We offer the brand Nourrish, a high-end ecological product line: shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, soaps, shower caps, and make-up removal kits.
Yes. A powerful, state-of-the-art hair dryer is included in your room. Please refer to the list of amenities included in your room in our services section.
In our concierge section you will find links to order directly from our favourite florists and chocolatiers. We do not have a liquor license; however, you can order spirits online from the SAQ (Société des alcools du Québec) and have them delivered to your room prior to arrival. We will gladly arrange your chocolates and flowers and put your champagne to chill in your room fridge.
Yes, but the recent municipal legislation in effect from October 1, 2018 now prohibits burning with wood fire. All our fireplaces are now converted to eco-fire fireplaces with biofuel.
No, the cost of use for 3 to 5 hours of burning is $ 6 (a better price than the ultraflame log used previously at a cost of $ 8 for 2 hours of combustion).
